2009 Judges Comments
In 2009 the Heart of England in Bloom judges once again travelled across the region with their clipboards in hand, pens and marking sheets and large umbrellas at the ready - they considered every type of plant, shrub and tree, considered all sorts of projects from large to small, often viewed from unusual modes of transport - but most of all they enjoyed wonderful hospitality and saw great community spirit across the region, whilst having some fun along the way!
